The OCSB is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Employee Relations and Staffing team. You will facilitate the recruitment cycle, communicate with stakeholders, and manage casual staffing. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Google Suite to effectively support HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to HR Officers and the Team Lead
• Manage recruitment tasks including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
• Liaise with staff and external candidates throughout processes




• Maintain seniority lists and employment communications
• Prepare data for reports and respond to inquiries promptly
Requirements:
• One year post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3 years of administrative experience in a related field
• Proficiency with Google Suite and database management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships across various stakeholders
