Braden Equities Inc. is looking for an energetic individual or couple to join our team. We are looking for Resident Managers for the following areas:
Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate(s) will be fluent in English and this position offers onsite or off-site living.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rent collection, suites rentals, cleaning/preparing suites for current incoming tenants, cleaning of property, minor maintenance and all related paperwork.
