We are seeking an organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support interior construction projects. This position will work closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, coordinate project requirements, manage documentation, and help keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably within interior construction. Candidates with robust field construction experience who are looking to transition into project coordination will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain project schedules and track deadlines.
Coordinate assigned portions of construction projects.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, work orders, change orders, RFIs, deficiency lists, and closeout documents.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, equipment, and site access.
Communicate with Project Managers, suppliers, subcontractors, field teams, and clients.
Maintain organized and accurate project files.
Attend job sites as required to support project coordination and gain operational knowledge.
Over time, assist with coordinating installation crews and manpower requirements.
Travel within Alberta when required.

Qualifications




Ideally 3–5 years of Project Coordinator experience in construction or a related industry.
Interior construction experience is a strong asset.
Field construction experience with an interest in transitioning into project coordination will be considered.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, and PDF software.
QuickBooks experience is an asset.
Valid driver's licence required.

Compensation & Advantages
$55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience.
Mileage reimbursement during training/probation when travel is required.
Following training/probation, advantages may include company benefits, bonus prospects, vacation time, and company vehicle access.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
