We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team in the Durham Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a clean and professional work standard, and the reliability to show up on time, every time. This is a full-time position offering consistent local work and the opportunity to grow with the company. A valid 308R or 313D licensed is preferred.

Duties
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across a range of HVAC systems
Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units as needed
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable codes
Maintain clean, qualified work standards on every job
Travel to job sites throughout the Durham Region using a valid driver's license




Collaborate respectfully with team members in a no-drama work environment
Maintain a clean work setting and properly dispose of waste materials

Experience
5+ years of field experience preferred
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license required
Reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of work
Valid 308R or 313D HVAC licence preferred
