Job Description:
Performs reception duties by receiving calls, determining the nature of business and directing accordingly.
OS&D; duties by identifying over, short and astray freight and trying to rectify the problem.
Tracing of freight which includes looking for missing freight, looking up POD’s and B/L’s, finding out when a shipment was delivered.
Dock check
Assist with related projects as required.
Work close with dock foreman's and Dispatcher to maximize efficiency

Computer skills - LTL 400.
Effective Communication skills - both verbal and written.

Quick, accurate key boarding skills.
The ability to meet deadlines.
