Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients efficiently and accurately according to recipes and standards
Cook a variety of menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support the team during busy service times by managing multiple orders smoothly
Ensure all food is served promptly and presented attractively to guests

Skills




Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Familiarity with serving protocols and meal presentation standards
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
