Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed to maintain smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips




Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations

Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles with a solid foundation in food service experience
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
