About the Role
With our first summer as PK Lodge behind us, we've had a outstanding response and support from the community and we're excited for the holiday season that approaches.
We're looking for a few great servers for part-time positions.
The restaurant is open 11:30am - 8pm Wednesday through Sunday with occasional caterings and special events on other days.
Key Responsibilities
Service
Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service
Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence
Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience
Handle payments accurately and efficiently
Keep your work environment clean and tidy
Bar
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to standard
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Develop a robust understanding of our drink program
Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
Experience & Atmosphere
Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests
Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Contribute ideas to enhance guest experience and seasonal offerings
What We’re Looking For
Previous serving and/or bartending experience (1–2 years preferred)
Smart Serve Certification (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Hospitality DNA, those who genuinely enjoy engaging with people
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
