We are seeking a construction labourer to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has some prior experience with general construction projects. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn a wide variety of trades in order to execute our maintenance jobs. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work both individually and as a team while upholding the highest standards of quality control. The company will help equip the candidate with the knowledge and skills required for the job by providing hands-on training.
Duties
General maintenance repairs
Drywall repair / patching
Painting
Demolition
Keep the job site clean and tidy
Uphold health and safety protocols
Provide your own general hand tools and personal protective equipment
Job Requirements
General experience operating power tools
Smart phone with data to utilize work apps and document work progress
Drivers license and vehicle
Effective communication skills
Willingness to learn current skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to communicate in English for explicit job documentation and teamwork
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
