What You’ll Do
Greet customers and create a positive, pressure-free buying experience
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and professionally
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in the dealership system
Stay up to date on Kia products, promotions, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Sales experience is an asset but not required — we provide training
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
