Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team. This is an exciting prospect to be part of a growing business in a fast-paced restaurant environment, supporting meal preparation while upholding high food safety standards. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in Korean and Japanese cuisine, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities
Help cook according to established recipes and standards
Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices during food handling and preparation
Support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and portioning
Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe dining workplace
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout shifts

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred; training will be provided for right candidate




Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus
Familiarity with Korean and Japanese food is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role

Positions available:

Full time: 1 (Availability for Friday, Saturday shifts is required.)

Part-time: 1 (4PM - 8:00PM / Availability for Friday, Saturday shifts is required.)
