Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove, replace, or repair damaged body parts
Perform structural repairs, panel beating, dent removal, and refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during repairs
Collaborate with insurance adjusters, customers,



and team members to communicate repair progress and timelines
Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure all repairs meet high standards of craftsmanship
Follow all safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment during repairs

Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on auto body work
Robust mechanical knowledge related to vehicle structures and components
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized auto body equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair processes
Solid understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety standards
Mechanic experience is a plus, providing a broader understanding of vehicle systems
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
