Duties
Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently
Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support kitchen staff while maintaining food safety standards
Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptl
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service stations in accordance with health regulations
Monitor time management to ensure timely service during busy hours while providing attentive guest care
Support cashiering duties by accurately handling cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure guest safety
Ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Mandarin and Basic English are required
Pay: $17.95-$18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
