Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Mill Operations & Facility Associate to join our team in New Hamburg.

Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the mill and production areas
Take initiative to identify and clean areas needing attention
Complete hand adds accurately according to the production queue
Maintain ingredient levels and fill Micro and Tote bins
Accurately record medications and follow HACCP procedures
Assist with general mill and production duties as needed
Receive and put away bagged inventory using a forklift
Provide occasional assistance and coverage to Pellet Mill Operators

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Able to follow procedures and work safely
Agricultural, manufacturing or forklift experience is an asset, but not required.

Some flexibility for longer hours and occasional Saturdays or statutory holidays is required based on production needs.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
