Mike’s Place Pub Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Pub Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Mike’s Place Pub and help create a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Mike’s Place Pub, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, support, and motivate the pub team while maintaining high standards of guest service
Manage staff scheduling, including a combination of daytime and evening shifts
Review and approve staff clock-ins
Complete weekly beer orders and manage beverage inventory
Conduct monthly inventory counts and monitor product costs and usage
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, service, and overall pub presentation
Support staff with day-to-day operational needs and help resolve guest or team concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor regulations, and health and safety standards
Help oversee special events and entertainment




Work collaboratively on drink list offerings and updates
Assist in the implementation and management of a current POS system
Work closely with the management team to support the overall success of Mike’s Place Pub

Schedule

This is a hands-on management position requiring flexibility and a combination of daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
