USED Automotive Store located in Edmonton, Alberta is CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR INTERNET SALES REPS!

Applicant must have 1 year minimum of Automotive Sales Experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Handle all incoming leads via email, social media, website in a time effective manner

● Communicate effectively with customer’s internet inquiries by acknowledging their messages and responding according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, email or in person

● Analyze lead data and develop strategies to support turning leads into sales

● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of current and existing customers

● Close sales with excellent customer service and salesmanship

● Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value

● Review manufacturer programs and incentives and maintain above average CSI required for target

● Source and develop client referrals

● Maintain customer database and follow up for customer retention

● Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership





REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

● Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

● Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion

● Highly motivated, determined, target driven

● Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota

● Ability to create and deliver client presentations

● Excellent time management and organization

● Bilingual an asset

Salary depends on performance, with lots of prospect for bonus income and attainable targets. Lot's of room for growth.
