Topline Formwork Inc. is hiring experienced Formwork Carpenters / Apprentices to join our team for projects based in Nanaimo, BC.
We are a rapid growing, family-owned company specializing in multi-family residential units and low-rise commercial buildings.
Candidates must possess the following:
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors
Safety-focused
Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Proactive with the ability to anticipate tasks and identify potential issues
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build / set footings and pads
Erect / dismantle concrete forming systems for walls, columns & cores
Using systems such as PERI TRIO & MAXIMO wall forms, PERI SKYDECK (training is provided), camlocks, snap ties
Constructing suspended slabs
Wages determined by experience. Advantages are provided after 3 months employment. Willing to pay top rates for the right candidates.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
