Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the clinic, ensuring a positive first impression
Schedule appointments accurately, managing the clinic’s calendar to optimize workflow
Handle phone inquiries with clarity and professionalism, providing information or directing calls appropriately
Maintain detailed patient records, updating medical histories, vaccination statuses, and treatment notes
Assist with client communication regarding follow-up care, medication instructions, and appointment reminders




Manage administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and organizing client files
Support laboratory procedures by preparing samples or assisting with basic lab work when needed (laboratory experience preferred)

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Familiarity with veterinary software systems is a plus; laboratory experience is highly desirable
