Key Duties & Responsibilities
Help customers complete transactions, resolve scanning or payment issues, and verify age-restricted purchases
Keep the self-checkout area clean, organized, and protected
Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and escalate technical issues as needed
Support front-end team with bagging, cart organization, and customer flow
Report suspicious activity or safety concerns to management
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
Qualifications
Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Robust communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
Able to stand and walk for long periods; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Part time
Pay: From $18.10 per hour
