Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation, ensuring timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle food products safely, minimizing waste and maintaining quality.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure effective workflow during service hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.




Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
