Chiropody Assistant and Administrator

Complete Family Footcare and Therapy – North York

Complete Family Footcare and Therapy is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Chiropody Assistant to support our chiropodists and assist with daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and clean treatment rooms before and after patients.
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Assist the chiropodist during treatments and procedures as required.
Greet and prepare patients for appointments.
Assist with patient intake and updating medical information.
Book appointments, answer phones, and assist with reception duties.
Process patient payments and provide receipts.
Submit claims and bill eligible services to insurance companies.
Check insurance coverage and eligibility when required.
Assist patients with insurance-related questions and documentation.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Monitor clinical supplies and assist with inventory.




Maintain a clean, safe, and qualified clinic setting.
Perform other clinic duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous medical, chiropody, podiatry, or healthcare clinic experience is an asset.
Experience with insurance billing and checking benefit coverage is preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Comfortable with computers, electronic medical records, and appointment scheduling.
Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
