This is a Part - Time Overnight Baker Position (Work times starting from 1am to 3am)

Wages start at $19.00 an hour for training (then adjusted based on experience and skills and post-training)

Key Responsibilities
Mix, proof shape, and bake a variety of breads and pastries according to standardized recipes.
Operate commercial ovens, mixers, and bakery equipment safely.
Portion and prepare ingredients following quality and food-safety standards.
Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment during and after shift.




Follow production schedules to ensure fresh goods are ready for morning sales.

Skills & Qualifications
Previous commercial baking (or kitchen) experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
Knowledge of secure food-handling practices. Food Protected certification (asset or willingness to obtain).
Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
Ability to work overnight independently as well as part of a small team.
Continuous standing/walking for all tasks, frequent lifting and carrying up to 22kg. Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing.
Have pride in your work, a outstanding attitude and good organization skills.
