Starise Permanent Lighting is a rapidly growing provider of premium permanent LED lighting systems. As our installation schedule gets increasingly busy, we are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Field Operations Coordinator to keep our crews running smoothly and ensure our customers have a flawless experience.
The Role
You will be the vital link between our inventory room, our installation crews, and our customers. You will ensure installers have exactly what they need for the week, manage our material tracking, and serve as the face of the company when wrapping up jobs and walking customers through their current lighting systems.
What You’ll Do
Inventory & Staging: Pre-pack daily/weekly material kits for installation crews. Accurately track inventory moving in and out of the shop.
Field Dispatch: Act as a runner to deliver missing parts or extra materials to active job sites so installers can stay on the ladders.
Customer Handovers: Meet customers at the end of their installation to connect the lighting controller to their home Wi-Fi and teach them how to use the app.
Remote Setup & Reputation:
For customers who aren't home, stage the controller for pairing and leave our official Welcome/Setup Card. Follow up remotely to ensure they are connected.
Payments & Reviews: Collect final payments upon job completion. Actively distribute our review cards, request 5-star reviews, and explain our customer referral program.
What We’re Looking For
Highly Organized: You can keep a tight count on inventory and efficiently plan delivery routes across the city.
Tech-Comfortable: You don't need to be an electrician, but you must be comfortable connecting smart devices to home Wi-Fi networks and troubleshooting basic app settings.
Customer-First Attitude: You are friendly, qualified, and comfortable asking happy customers for reviews and referrals.
Self-Starter: You can manage your own time between the shop and various job sites.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (or willingness to drive a company vehicle).
