Responsibilities

Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness of work areas.
Help with food storage, labeling, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.




Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to promote a safe dining workplace for everyone.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or food industry environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation standards.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
Ability to manage time effectively to handle meal schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Kitchen experience including food preparation, serving, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures.
Demonstrated teamwork skills along with reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
