Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing product recommendations in multiple languages if applicable




Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and maximize sales potential
Uphold phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries

Experience
Previous retail sales or cashier experience is preferred, especially with technical products or merchandise involving demonstrations
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions
Experience in merchandising, upselling, or customer service roles that involve active engagement with customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep checkout areas tidy and stocked during shifts
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, phone etiquette, and time management strategies to enhance customer interactions

Pay: $17.60-$20.50 per hour
