We are seeking a agile and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and upselling prospects to enhance their experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal, addressing any concerns promptly, and providing exceptional guest services
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Experience
Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Background in restaurant or food industry roles that demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork skills
