Duties

Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize recovery
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region
Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care with excellent communication skills
