We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions. Responsibilities
Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health regulations and salon standards
Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing check-ins and check-outs
Upsell retail products such as lash care kits or aftercare items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Educate clients on proper lash maintenance and aftercare routines for long-lasting results
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication,
ensuring repeat business and positive reviews
Qualifications
Proven experience in eyelash extensions application or certification from a recognized training program
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
Ability to manage front desk duties efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance
Detail-oriented with a steady hand and keen eye for symmetry and aesthetics
Passionate about beauty trends, hygiene standards, and delivering outstanding results
Prior experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $17.60-$52.25 per hour
