Foster positive interactions and provide behaviour guidance for children to encourage self-regulation and nurture healthy self-esteem.
Ensure the safety of children and maintain a secure setting.
Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, families, and team members.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills under various conditions, maintaining a supportive and positive approach.
Contribute to the continuous operations of the centre, adhering to centre policies and Ministry standards.

courtesy of a Government Wage Enhancement Grant.
