Duties
Prepare and cook tempura dishes following established recipes and quality standards
Assist with food handling, storage, and ingredient preparation to maintain freshness and safety
Support the kitchen team with meal preparation and plating to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace according to food safety regulations
Handle food safely during preparation, cooking, and serving processes
Assist serving staff when necessary to ensure smooth food service operations
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for everyone

Experience




Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen safety practices is highly desirable
Experience in cooking or meal preparation, especially in Japanese cuisine or tempura dishes, is a plus
Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Prior experience with serving or assisting in food service settings is advantageous but not mandatory
