CCSA is looking for a creative, energetic instructor to teach engaging painting and sculpting classes for children. The ideal candidate is a practicing artist who enjoys working with young students and can create a positive, well-organized classroom environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and teach age-appropriate painting and sculpting projects
Demonstrate techniques clearly and step by step
Encourage creativity, confidence and individual expression
Prepare materials and maintain a clean, protected studio
Manage the classroom and communicate positively with students
Qualifications
Experience in painting, sculpting or visual arts
Previous experience teaching or working with children
Solid communication and classroom-management skills
Patient, reliable, organized and enthusiastic
Availability for after-school and weekend classes is an asset
