Quantum is seeking an A Ticket Tower Crane Operator. Currently we have several projects in Coquitlam. The successful candidate will provide value-added support for completion of a project.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate a tower crane for wood frame construction, including moving lumber, roofing materials and prefabbed walls.
Work closely with foremen and riggers to coordinate lifts and keep the work site flowing efficiently.
Plan ahead, understand daily priorities, and help minimize avoidable downtime.




Complete required inspections and operating records, and promptly report equipment concerns.
Maintain protected lifting practices and communicate changing conditions, hazards, or unsafe requests.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry. Current A ticket.
Knowledge of all Work Safe procedures related to crane safety.
Proven ability to work independently and with a team workplace.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Provide own transportation to site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
