Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid eye for design and a love for flowers, capable of creating stunning arrangements for various occasions. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that each floral arrangement reflects their vision while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties
Maintain quality and care of plants in shop.
Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions.
Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Manage inventory by ordering flowers and supplies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.




Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive shopping experience.
Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance design skills.

Qualifications
Previous experience in floral design is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Cash handling experience is a plus, including proficiency in cashiering duties.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A passion for gardening and knowledge of various flower types is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
