Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and preparation
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties at the end of shifts
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues quickly
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns with professionalism




Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations during busy periods

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality mindset
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous but not required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
