Achieve sales targets for assigned Indian and ethnic retail channel grocery stores.
Implement sales plans, marketing activities, and territory forecasts.
Expand client base within ethnic retail stores; identify current store prospects.
Conduct regular store visits and maintain robust relationships with store owners/managers.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments; no invoice overdue beyond 30 days or agreed terms.
Communicate order changes, delivery updates, and stock issues to relevant teams.
Optimize product layout, shelf placement, and ledge hygiene in all stores.
Perform merchandising duties: stocking, organizing, rotating inventory, maintaining displays.
Lift and handle product cases up to 25 pounds as required.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and in‑store activities.
Support festival promotions and in‑store sampling
Prepare periodic sales reports: sales volume, potential sales, expansion opportunities.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
Execute any additional duties assigned from time to time.
