You will leverage your 10+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and at least 3 years in leadership roles to ensure projects meet rigorous standards. Your role involves continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies and box assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team in office • Drive NPI activities and coordinate tasks effectively • Monitor KPIs to identify and resolve performance issues • Direct the setup of advanced manufacturing systems • Provide technical support to resolve engineering challenges
