Concierge — Luxury Hospitality

Location: Elora, Ontario
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

We’re seeking a warm, polished and attentive Concierge to create exceptional guest experiences at a luxury property in Elora, Ontario.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making guests feel welcome, anticipates their needs and takes pride in thoughtful, personalised service. From arranging a memorable evening to managing a special request, you’ll help make every stay feel effortless.

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their stay.
Arrange dining reservations, transportation, local experiences and special requests.
Offer tailored recommendations based on each guest’s interests and preferences.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure requests are communicated clearly and delivered smoothly.
Respond to guest enquiries and concerns with warmth, professionalism and sound judgement.
Maintain accurate guest preferences and reservation details while respecting confidentiality.
Develop a strong knowledge of Elora and the surrounding area’s restaurants, attractions and experiences.





What You’ll Bring
Experience in concierge, guest services or front office within a luxury hotel is ideal. Strong candidates from fine-dining restaurant hosting or guest relations are also welcome.
A warm, polished manner and excellent communication skills.
Confidence coordinating reservations, special requests and personalised recommendations.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when assisting discerning guests.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing requests calmly.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Eligibility to work in Canada.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary of $70,000–$80,000.
