Just Bite Me Meals is a growing meal prep company focused on making healthy, convenient eating easy. We produce fresh, ready-to-eat meals at scale for individuals who want high-quality food without the hassle of cooking. Our kitchen is fast-paced, systems-driven, and built on consistency and efficiency.

We’re looking for a hands-on full time Kitchen Supervisor to lead within our production kitchen. You’ll work as part of a leadership team, sharing responsibility for daily operations, staff management, and ensuring production runs efficiently and on schedule.

This is a working supervisory role, you will be actively involved in kitchen production, including preparing meals, making sauces, and supporting any area of the kitchen as needed, while also assisting with leadership and operational responsibilities with the Kitchen Manager.

Must be available to work weekdays, Sundays, and holidays

Candidate must be available to work shifts that fluctuate between the hours of 6am-4pm

Responsibilities
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet standards
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen workplace that promotes safety and efficiency at all times
Lead, train,



and support kitchen staff (prep cooks, dishwashers, etc.)
Ensure all meals are prepared consistently according to recipes and standards
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly

Skills
Previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in high-volume or production kitchens
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment
Reliable, accountable, and results-oriented
Experience in cooking, food preparation, and general kitchen experience across various settings

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour
