Job Summary
Hiring skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts, such as Counter balance to efficiently manage inventory and support warehouse distribution operations.
Shift:7am-7pm
Responsibilities
Must have experience in Counterbalance and Raymond reach.
Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse while adhering to OSHA regulations.
Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and report any issues to management.
Participate in training sessions for recent equipment or processes as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and heavy lifting.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order picking processes.
Previous experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
Experience with construction or mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy setting.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
