We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant and Forklift Operator for our Milton warehouse. We have a great opportunity for a warehouse associate to join our logistics team. In this role - you will be doing a little bit of everything.

Role: Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver

Shift: Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Location: Milton

Responsibilities -
Material handling and forklift operation: safely transport, load, unload and stack material and products throughout the warehouse using a forklift.
Inventory and systems support: Utilize computer systems to track inventory, process receiving documentation, and assist with stock audits.
Logistics manager support:



Supporting the logistics manager with daily operational tasks, order fulfilment and workflow optimization. In an accurate and timely manner to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
Receiving and shipping: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Unload , receive freight, prepare outgoing shipments, and dispatch pickups.
Facility organization and safety: Maintain a clean organized, and safe work workplace adhering to the JR Home Product LTD health and safety guidelines and procedures.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Forklift experience - counterbalance or Raymond reach truck
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, push pull and move heavy materials as required.
Comfortable using warehouse programs and inventory systems, such as Netsuite, 2Ship, SPS, Amazon Vendor Central, Microsoft to name a few.
