Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Demonstrate product features through compelling product demos, highlighting perks and technical specifications
Conduct upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring products are well-organized, labeled, and visually appealing
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly and effectively over the phone or in person




Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining organizational skills for inventory and sales records

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Technical sales experience involving product demos or explaining complex features is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on positive interactions and problem-solving
Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
