We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-time Medical Clinic Manager to lead and oversee clinic operations within a community healthcare setting. Duties
Supervise medical clinical staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative team environment
Screen, hire, and train new employees by following all required human resource guidelines
Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for staff
Schedule and conduct staff meetings when required
Ensure optimal operation of the medical practice by managing daily staffing and other related administrative activities
Maintaining patient and practice confidentiality at all times




Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards and clinical protocols to uphold quality care standards

Skills
Strong understanding of human resources principles within healthcare settings
Extensive experience working in medical offices with knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
Experience working in community medical clinic settings with staff oversight
Proficiency in MedAcces is an asset
