The Process Technician’s main purpose is to ensure the molding machine and auxiliary equipment is running to optimal standards. The Process Technician reports directly to the Production Supervisor to ensure that the machine and material is available to complete the production order on time.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all facets (thermolator, dryer, material) for the production run are ready in valuable working order
Ensure parts are free of defects before each part is sent to QC
Ensure the machine is clean and tidy before the operator is called to the work cell
Check to see if the tool was set up to our standards and that the molding log check list is adhered to
Troubleshoot and solve moulding problems
Assist in lean manufacturing and create better ways to eliminate set up time
Help enforce 5-S within Dynaplas
Demonstrate clean work ethics and lead by example
Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
Knowledge & Skill
Technical trade college or equivalent experience
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 5 years of injection process experience
Knowledge of Mould Design
Ability to solve moulding problems
Keen attention to detail
Basic Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements
Job Types: Permanent, Full time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
