Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team. This role involves assisting with daily operations, tenant relations to ensure the smooth functioning of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with property management.

Duties
Monitor assigned properties for cleanliness, reporting any issues with tenants, contractors, or others and assist with resolving any issues.
Assist Operations/Property Manager with the procurement of all supplies and services required for the smooth operation and maintenance of the properties, including but not limited to HVAC, maintenance, Inventory control, etc.
Perform scheduled, preventative, routine and emergency maintenance as directed
Perform waste and recycling duties
Responsible for cleaning duties, including litter pick-up, sweeping, shoveling, pressure washing, or other related tasks
Work with variety of subcontractors
Ability to work in a team setting and problem solve
Awareness of occupational health and safety practices




Ability to communicate with co-workers and supervisors effectively and professionally, both oral and written
Qualified to Work with Tools and Drive Forklift
Other duties as required

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, or property management preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, including skilled phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer relationship management will be advantageous
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
