Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Manage customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
Demonstrate strong selling techniques to meet individual and team sales targets.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
Provide technical support for products as needed, utilizing technical sales skills to enhance customer experience.




Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping workplace that encourages repeat business.

Skills
Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
Experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred.
Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
Ability to sell products through effective persuasion and relationship-building techniques.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy retail setting.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
