We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the optical industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with selecting frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences
Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
Help customers understand available lens and frame options
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized setting
Support the team with day-to-day optical retail operations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of optical industry experience
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent work ethic and reliability
Customer-focused attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
