About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Battery Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the inspection, repair, and reconditioning of lead-acid forklift batteries, along with shop support and occasional field service work.

If you’re mechanically inclined, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and want a stable long-term role in a growing industry—this is it.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect, test, and diagnose industrial forklift batteries
Perform battery repairs (cell replacement, watering systems, cable repairs, etc.)
Operate shop equipment (load banks, chargers, forklifts)
Assemble and recondition battery packs
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization

What We’re Looking For
Mechanical aptitude (automotive, heavy equipment, or similar)
Comfortable working with tools and equipment
Physically capable (lifting, moving batteries, standing for long periods)
Reliable,



punctual, and detail-oriented
Forklift experience is an asset
Electrical knowledge is a bonus (not required)

Nice-to-Have Experience
Lead-acid batteries (forklift, automotive, or industrial)
Warehouse or manufacturing environment
Basic electrical troubleshooting
