What Our Entry Level Sales Associates Do:
Connect with new and existing customers and help identify new sales opportunities
Build positive customer relationships through professional, personalized conversations
Introduce products and services and recommend options based on individual customer needs
Prepare quotes and product information, explain available options, and guide customers through the sales process
Work alongside your teammates to support individual and team goals
Stay up to date on products, services, and relevant industry developments through regular meetings and training
Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help improve the overall experience

Qualifications:
Experience in sales,



customer service, or communications is an asset, but not required — comprehensive paid training is provided
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to manage your time and work independently when needed
A customer-focused approach and interest in providing a positive experience
Willingness to learn about our products, services, and sales approach
Interest in developing your communication, negotiation, and sales skills
