Inspire Barbershop is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team every Saturday. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a welcoming experience and keep our busy day running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and assist with check-ins.
Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system.
Answer phone calls and inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
Process payments accurately.
Help keep the reception area and shop clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
Reliable availability every Saturday for a 9-hour shift.
Friendly, skilled attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy workplace.
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred.
Familiarity with appointment booking software is an asset.
Ability to commute reliably to our Unionville location.
