Front Desk Dental Administrator — Part time (Maternity Leave Coverage)
We're a family-run dental practice looking for a part time front desk administrator to cover a maternity leave. If you're organized, motivated, a strong multitasker and a genuine team player, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
Experience with Max Assist / (aka Recall Max) is strongly preferred
Power Practice experience an asset
Strong organization, teamwork, and the ability to juggle a busy front desk
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and greeting patients
Managing and optimizing the daily schedule, and calling patient lists to keep it full
Booking patients' next appointments
Sending treatment pre-authorizations and providing patients with treatment estimates
Daily reporting and tracking
Responding to emails
Processing payments and invoices
Administrative tasks including payroll and A/R
Maintaining patient privacy at all times
Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday (some flexibility)
